Today is my first day posting on this blog about everything I am learning in a regular day.
Lets start with a brief summary on renewable energy.
Geothermal – Earth/Heat. Drilling holes in earth’s surface. Issue:
it is risky. It’s expensive.
Wind – Different form of solar energy. Wind turbines. Issue:
storing, wind bot blowing all the time.
Solar PV – Solar panels (photovoltaics) 25-30years. Issues:
storing for cloudy days, sun is not shine all the time.
CSP-
Hydrokinetics - water/motion. Issues: disturbs habitats. Survivability
on salted waters.
Biomass –Bio in line fill waste. Issue: hundreds of types of
feed stock.
